Marc Davis, the president of Blue Northern Builders, Inc., has been a licensed contractor since 1977. Blue Northern Builders, Inc. became incorporated in September 2002 and we are a commercial builder targeting unique, challenging and specialized construction.
Under this philosophy we began our focus on dental offices in 1987 and since then we have completed an average of 12 to 17 dental offices a year. These projects have included ground up new construction, buildings with multiple units, tenant improvements within new and older buildings, and remodels of current offices.
During our years of experience we have recognized the need for attention to detail as being necessary in all projects. While dental offices have always been our specialty, our experience and talents are wide-ranging. During our years in operation, we have built chiropractic, veterinarian, ob-gyn offices, surgery centers, church & religious facilities, jewelry stores, restaurants, coffee shops, general commercial office space and much more. We do it all and we can assist you in your project as well.

Marc Davis
Co-Owner
Co-Owner of Blue Northern Builders, Inc. since its inception, Marc has held a general contractor license since 1977. While following in the footsteps of his father as a carpenter, Marc gained valuable knowledge and experience working his way up the ladder. Marc has experience in a wide range of construction fields including but not limited to, framing foreman, superintendent for large corporations and as a custom home builder. He started specializing in the medical and dental construction field in 1988. Marc uses his wealth of knowledge to oversee all operations of Blue Northern Builders, Inc.
Morgan Davis, BS Civil Engineering
General Manager
Morgan joined Blue Northern Builders, Inc. in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Morgan oversees the management of the projects from the estimating and signing of contracts to the completed punch list. He is also the head of our Project Management and Estimating Departments and has played a critical role in the company's development helping to make BNB what it is today. Morgan works closely with our clients, project superintendents and foremen as he creates the bridge between the office and the field.
Lynda Doyle
Office Manager
Lynda came to BNB with over 25 years of customer service experience, including several years in the construction industry. Working in different service based industries has given her a perspective that is beneficial to our clients. She currently oversees the day-to-day operations of the BNB office, assists our general manager and manages the accounts payable and accounts receivable departments.
Monte Griffin
Estimator/Project Manager
Monte has 23 years of professional estimating, project management, superintendent, and carpentry experience in the commercial construction industry. Monte is an accomplished estimator with responsibility and accountability for timely and accurate bid and budget development for all types of commercial construction projects. Monte also works closely with our clients to deliver critical pre-construction services as well as serving as a project manager for our larger projects.

Fonda Davis
Co-Owner
Co-Owner of Blue Northern Builders, Inc. Fonda manages the Human Resources Department and the Insurance Division of BNB. She has over 30 years of experience in the field of construction and has always been a key member in running the family business. Fonda has been with BNB since its inception.
Kimberly Parsons, CCAM
Director of Marketing & Client Relations
With over 20 years in Marketing/Communications, Kimberly's role here at BNB, Inc. is to make sure that you; the client; is taken care of in the highest regard. She not only handles all of our Marketing efforts, but works to make sure that our clients are served well.
Casey Davis
Senior Superintendent
One of Blue Northern Builders longest termed employees, Casey has worked his way up the ladder since starting with BNB part time prior to 2002. Upon going full time, Casey began working in the field supervising many of BNB's most complex projects. Casey’s artistic ability carries over into the craftsmanship of many uniquely designed projects and brings a customization to many of our project you couldn't get anywhere else.
Heather Coffer
Administrative Assistant
Heather has been with Blue Northern Builders, Inc. since 2006. Growing up in the BNB family (she was Davis before she became a Coffer) she has many years of experience in the construction field. Heather has diverse responsibilities at BNB and takes pride in what she does as our administrative assistant. Heather works closely with her BNB team members and she is usually the first point of contact for people who reach out to BNB.
